We're kicking off the final week of #UnitedByBBQ with a very special video. Ed and Emma Gash are the pitmasters behind Bunch of Swines, a competition barbecue team based out of the United Kingdom. Founded in 2011, they've been recognized as some of the top pitmasters in the EU and around the world. In 2018 they became the first international team to become grand champion of the World Series of Barbecue Invitational contest! Seeing pitmasters from all over the globe is just one thing we love about holding the largest barbecue competition.
