Error: Upper Body Open Too Soon
Synopsis: the left arm should hold back as the right leg is driving. As the body is dropping during the set up, the left arm can be loose and low, but then hold back as the body moves across the circle. As soon as the right foot grounds, the left arm should be thrown wide open. The right knee and the left arm initiate the rotation into the finish simultaneously.
Cue: Hold the left arm back on the drive
