One of the wildest shows in the world is coming to St. Pete next year. Cirque du Soleil BAZZAR will turn the The Trop into a big top tent from February 22 – March 24 of 2024, organizers announced this week. While the show will be a return to the region for Cirque du Soleil itself, this will be the first time St. Pete and the Tampa Bay area have seen BAZZAR, the dazzling new spectacle of acrobatics. BAZZAR has been touring the world since being created in 2018, and this will be its first American tour since that inception. Circue du Soleil describes BAZZAR as “a high-energy spectacle of intrepid acrobatics, dynamic stunts and exhilarating performances that pays homage to the entertainment company’s legacy.” The show features an international cast of 35 performers and musicians, including teeterboard, acrobatic bike, contortion, duo roller skate, duo trapeze, aerial rope, hair suspension, fire manipulation, slackline, and more.
