PEAK 🔥 Optimus Prime launching out of a cargo plane might still be one of the hardest entrances in Transformers history. The moment comes during the opening Shanghai battle in 2009’s Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Prime drives straight out of the aircraft in truck form, transforms while falling through the air, and deploys parachutes before reaching the ground. He then cuts himself loose, transitions back into vehicle mode, and immediately continues the pursuit of Demolisher through the city. It lasts only a few seconds, but the combination of scale, sound design and multiple transformations makes the entire sequence feel absurdly cinematic.
