⚡️ Bentley has officially unveiled the Torcal, its first production EV, and the flagship Torcal S arrives with 876 hp and 996 lb-ft of torque. That makes it the most powerful production Bentley ever built, while Launch Control sends it from 0-60 mph in just 2.8 seconds. The standard Torcal is hardly tame either, producing 809 hp and 852 lb-ft with a 3.3-second 0-60 mph time. Both versions use a 113.2-kWh battery and an 800-volt architecture, with Bentley quoting up to 375 miles of WLTP range. At peak DC charging speeds, Bentley says the battery can go from 10% to 80% in just 16 minutes. The Torcal is a roughly five-meter-long luxury SUV that sits below the Bentayga, but it still weighs around 6,160 pounds. Bentley has also given it fully active suspension, all-wheel steering, and dual-motor all-wheel drive to keep the massive EV properly performance-focused.
