I love being a doctor, but not every damn day!! The harsh reality is: if you aren’t intentional about maintaining a life outside of medical training, you simply will not have one in medicine we can get so lazer focused on the next step: board exams, the match, residency, and forget to actually live our lives outside of the hospital, sometimes forgetting who we even are under this identity and weight of being a physician I feel so blessed to be able to have experiences like this with the people I hold so close to my heart 🥹 to genuinely love electronic dance music of all kinds feels so special and being able to get hype to anything from melodic techno to minimal house to riddim (sorry hardstyle you’re still my last frontier).
