A Tennessee judge has ordered Dolly Parton's nephew to stay at least 1,000 feet away from employees and business partners of her estate after court filings accused him of making repeated threats following the country music legend's death. She's Alive, the entity created to manage and protect Parton's estate, went to court a day earlier accusing Seaver of threatening violence and threatening to damage his aunt's legacy and business empire.
