#BREAKING A 4-month-old baby girl died Thursday morning after police say she was seriously hurt by a repeat convicted child abuser. Bobby Conner Jr. was arrested Wednesday, Sept. 23 for allegedly hurting his girlfriend's 4-month-old daughter, who sustained severe head injuries.
