This National Family Day, we’re celebrating the people who show up for us before, during, and after a migraine attack. 💜
The ones who learn the signs, turn down the lights, bring us what we need, advocate alongside us, and understand that recovery doesn’t always end when the pain does.
Family can look different for everyone. It can be a parent, partner, sibling, child, caregiver, friend, or chosen family. Today is an opportunity to slow down, share a meal together, enjoy each other’s company, and say thank you to the people who are there through it all.
To every family member and caregiver supporting someone living with migraine or headache disease: we’re grateful for you. 💜
