Footage filmed by Robin Shaffer shows his dog, Daisy, floating through flooded streets in Ocean City on Saturday, September 26. Shaffer said he tried to make the best of a difficult situation, adding that Daisy appeared to enjoy the trip and received a treat when they reached their front steps.
