Do you remember Starbucks’ Iced Pumpkin Scones?! I swear they were the BEST thing they ever made—and then one day they just disappeared. I used to buy them and keep them in our fridge and bribe our kids with these minis when they were little. So when our daughter Mia asked me to make my iced pumpkin bread, I realized we’ve never shared it with you! It truly is one of my all-time favorite things and ‘tis the season!
I’ve never been able to recreate that exact cakey scone they made, but I finally made a pumpkin bread with a dense moist texture and it is SO CLOSE to scratching that itch. Super moist, full of pumpkin and cinnamon, with that sweet cream cheese icing on top. It is SO GOOD.
