Excellent execution and save by @_benko__ during the penalty kill on this back door one timer yesterday. The key to the execution here is Ben gets a great push and drives his knee, as opposed to extending with his foot, which allows him to drive his body over the release point. He also does a remarkable job of staying big over the release to fill the net. As my good friend @petergoaliecoach and I were discussing yesterday, balance in your movements is paramount. We arranged for Ben to spend time with Peter in the off-season when he was back in Slovakia and it certainly has paid dividends. #goalies #nahl #ncaa #visionandbalance #phcgoalies @bosak_goaltending
