One “yes” can change a lot. For India Graves, a senior business management student from Omaha, it was saying yes to a Service & Justice Trip her freshman year. That first trip to Tahlequah, Oklahoma, became the start of something bigger. India has gone on a trip every fall and spring break since, stepped into a coordinator role and now helps plan trips as part of the SCSJ Core Team. “If I never said yes, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I wouldn’t have the support team, friends and overall community that I have now.” Her advice to other Bluejays? Go for it.
