Where my mamas of curly headed kiddos at?! Can I tell y’all how much it WARMS MY HEART that my baby girl is excited about her hair, comfortable with wearing her curls out to school, and actually loves her hair. And yes I mean “actually” loves her hair because how many of us grew up not liking our hair, wishing for a different texture, and fighting against our hair our whole entire childhood?! I could talk about this all day, but I’ll spare y’all the rant.. today… 🤭 But I just wanted to share that waking up to my daughter styling her hair to wear “out” (not pulled back because she’s afraid of what ppl will say abt it) gave me a feeling of joy that I didn’t even think to pray for! She is ENOUGH, she knows she is, and THAT, folks, is more than enough for me!
