Toronto already has systems for litter cleanup and illegal-dumping enforcement — including cleanup along major arterial roads — yet this is what residents are seeing. We pay more and expect the basics in return: clean streets, maintained public spaces and accountability for every tax dollar. WARD 1 DESERVES BETTER.
