Big Deal for last minute bookings! ⬇️ For a long time American Airlines has allowed cancellations within 24 hours of booking up to 2 days to departure. This is great on last minute trips where you’d like to effectively hold a ticket while you lock things down This has changed Now American will only honor a 24 hour cancellation + full refund if you book 7 days from departure. You will still get a flight credit based upon your class of service and who you booked with ( whether direct or 3rd party ) This makes booking with miles even more valuable since this rule doesn’t apply to those bookings. In fact you can cancel and get your full miles back right up to departure. #travel #americanairlines #CapCut
