Leovold, Emissary of Trest is legal in the command zone in Cali Commander. Fast mana into Leovold, then a wheel: your opponents lose their hands and only draw one card back. Hullbreacher turns their draws into your Treasures, and Tinker and Upheaval are legal too. Is Leovold the most overpowered commander in the format, or does Golos end up on top? #magicthegathering #mtgcommander #calicommander #edh #leovold
