26 years ago today, Remember the Titans released and taught a whole generation some important life lessons. 🤍 In the 2000 biographical sports drama Remember the Titans, newly appointed Black head coach Herman Boone (Denzel Washington) and his demoted white assistant Bill Yoast (Will Patton) are tasked with integrating a divided high school football team in 1971 Virginia. Supported from the sidelines by Yoast’s outspoken, football-loving young daughter Sheryl (Hayden Panettiere), the players overcome racial hostility and deep community prejudice to unite and achieve an undefeated championship season. #rememberthetitans #nostalgia #denzelwashington #millennials #love
