Solomon Grundy is not just hard to kill. He is cursed to come back. Born as Cyrus Gold in the 1800s, he was murdered in Slaughter Swamp—until its strange mystical energy reanimated him as the monster known as Solomon Grundy. Every time he is destroyed, the swamp brings him back in a new body: sometimes weaker, sometimes stronger, but always trapped in the same cycle. That makes Grundy’s story less like a typical villain origin and more like an eternal punishment. He does not simply rise again—he has to live and die over and over for eternity. Is Solomon Grundy a monster, a victim, or both? @dccomics @dcukofficial @warnerbrosuk @wbd @greenlantern @hbomax @hbomaxuk #SolomonGrundy #CyrusGold #DCComics #DCUniverse #BatmanVillains #JusticeLeague #GreenLantern #Lanterns #ComicBookReels #DCFans #ComicBookCommunity #HorrorComics #Batman
