Through debate on "The Eleventh Hour" with host Robert Lipsyte, the panel explores what happened when real estate mogul Donald Trump proposed "Television City" — a massive Upper West Side development at the Penn Central Railyards featuring 8,000 luxury apartments and the world's tallest building. In response, architects Michael Sorkin, Lebbeus Woods, and John L. Young designed a radical counter-proposal called "Timesquare."
