✨ Foster Needed for the most resilient pup, Milan! ✨ Meet adoptable Milan, a 2 year old, 63 lb Shepherd mix that is one of the most incredible mamas we have ever met. Several months ago, Milan was dumped with a broken leg while pregnant near one of our rescue partners’ ranches. She made a little shelter in the trees to protect her babies, and when she was finally found and rescued, she was skin and bones. Despite her situation, her puppies were healthy and well fed. This girl had given everything she had to keep them safe. And then, she did something amazing. Milan got onto the road, barked for help, and led people back to her babies like she knew exactly what she needed to do. Good mom does not even begin to cover it! Milan also had a leg injury that required removal of one of her front legs and is now a tripod, but that has not stopped her from being the sweetest, most wonderful dog.
