For the longest time, I was making eating enough protein WAY harder than it needed to be.
So instead of adding more rules, I started removing them. š

Because nothing humbles you faster than making 10 containers of something and deciding you hate it by Tuesday. š
4ļøā£I stopped thinking convenience foods were ābad.ā
Pre-cooked chicken, tuna packets, protein shakes, frozen foods, Greek yogurt⦠EASY is the whole point. Especially when executive dysfunction shows up.
