MY FAVORITE HAND PULLED NOODLES SPICY CUMIN LAMB IN ALAMEDA, CA WILD GINGER 1239 PARK ST ALAMEDA, CA I’ve been hooked on these freshly hand pulled noodles since my first visit back in 2023. These noodles are hella good! The texture is just hella soft but chewy and bouncy. The chef is back there stretching, pulling and smacking these noodles to perfection. The spicy cumin lamb flavor is amazing! Wild Ginger for the win! #wildginger #handpullednoodles #biangbiang #noodles #alamedaca
