RAIN RESILIENCE ☔️: A nor'easter isn't getting in the way of the 25th annual Tunnel to Towers 5K & Walk. Meteorologist Bayne Froney is reporting from New York City, where thousands of people are partaking in the festivities - rain or shine - for a good cause. The foundation aims to support America’s fallen first responders, military heroes and their families. #NewYorkCity #TunnelToTowers #noreaster #foxweather
