Each year, the California Training Officers Association hosts a training symposium in Fresno, providing firefighters with access to specialized, high-level training that is not always readily available. This week, North Central Fire District supported the symposium through mutual aid by providing a ladder truck for a palm tree rescue course held at Kearney Park. In return, three of our firefighters were able to participate in this hands-on training opportunity. This course is currently under development as a future certified program, giving our personnel a unique opportunity to not only train, but also contribute real-time feedback to help shape its future. Ongoing training like this ensures our firefighters remain prepared, adaptable, and ready to respond to the evolving challenges of the fire service. Committed to training. Ready for anything. ⸻ #FireServiceTraining #FirefighterPreparedness #MutualAid #CommunitySafety #NorthCentralFire
