North Central Fire Companies train daily to hone their craft. Our firefighters participate in hundreds of training hours per year with an "All-Hazard" mindset. However, stretching hose is a foundational skill that our engine companies try and practice daily. Recently, this became more important as our first class of recruits started shift work. In the fire service this is known as the #dailystretch. This can be done after running a medical aid call or while out in the community doing business inspections. We are always practicing and preparing for when you need us.
