IT’S MY BIRTHDAY! 🎂🌈✨ Well it was on the 23rd and obviously I had to make myself the birthday cake of my Pinterest dreams! The best part? I started with a Walmart cake I got for $18.88! 🙌 I ordered it, had it within 24 hours, and got to choose the cake flavor, filling, frosting color AND gorgeous style. Honestly, the base cake was already so beautiful and it truly is delicious too Then I got to do the fun part—making it ME. 🎀✨ I added satin ribbon bows (and YES, I learned how to curl satin ribbon and now it’s my new favorite thing to do), rainbow confetti sprinkles, oversized edible gold stars ⭐️ and ALLLLL the different size, color and textured candles. I used three different styles of rainbow candles with different heights, shapes and textures, and I absolutely LOVE how whimsical and over-the-top it turned out. 🌈🎂🕯️ Proof that you don’t have to make a cake from scratch to create the birthday cake of your dreams.
