🏛️ From the White House to Venice City Hall! As we continue telling our Centennial story, we’re looking back at former Mayor Frank Proctor. Before serving Venice on the Planning Commission, City Council and ultimately as mayor, Proctor spent much of his career as a U.S. Secret Service agent. He protected three presidents, including Franklin D. Roosevelt, Harry S. Truman, and Dwight D. Eisenhower, before making Venice his home in 1962. 🫡 Talk about an impressive path to public service! #100yearsofvenice #venicecentennial #MayorMonday
