Three people were shot at work by their coworker early Wednesday morning in Manassas, according to Manassas City police. Police responded to the United Rentals location in the 9400 block of Wellington Road after 7 a.m. when they received reports of a shooting. Three United Rentals employees were shot by their coworker in a garage area, according to Manassas City Police Chief Douglas Keen. All three coworkers were taken to a nearby hospital and are in critical condition with life threatening injuries. The coworkers were identified as men. "Our working theory is that there was some kind of altercation that led to this," Keen said. The suspected gunman fled the scene in a gray Toyota Camry or Toyota Corolla that has temporary North Carolina tags.
