We may be moving toward a world where the UI is no longer the primary way we access enterprise software. One thing I kept thinking about at #Dreamforce was what happens to the interface layer as AI gets better at working across different systems. Today, so much of getting work done still means opening one app, finding the right information, then jumping into another. Customer records, account history, conversations, dashboards, documents… the context is all there, but we’re constantly going looking for it. What salesforce showed with AIforce is a different approach. The AI can work with the information you already have permission to access and bring that context into where you’re already working.
