Who better to help shape the future of our organization than the young people who’ve experienced a wish themselves? 💙 Meet STARboard, Make-A-Wish Canada’s Youth Advisory Board. Made up of wish alumni from across the country, these incredible young leaders help guide our work, share their experiences, and make sure the voices of wish kids continue to shape the future of our organization. Today, we’re welcoming four new voices: ⭐ Ryan, 18 — Wish Granted 2026 ⭐ Karim, 18 — Wish Granted 2025 ⭐ Holley, 18 — Wish Granted 2025 ⭐ Nour, 17 — Wish Granted 2025 They join returning members Ansh, Ming, Sarah, Jill, Hannah, Daniel and Uju, bringing together young wish alumni from communities across Canada. Since STARboard launched in 2024, members have contributed their lived experiences to important organizational conversations.
