📍Washington, DC - Super excited about the first ever dmv stroopwafel shop! (And it’s in a super convenience location officialgeorgetowndc !) I checked out their soft opening on 9/18 after seeing dmvfooodie ‘s post! Their grand opening is Friday 10/2! There is another stroopwafle business but they do not have a store front. 📝 I think the best stroopwafels I’ve had in Amsterdam and at Virginia markets are a little crisper, but that’s just my personal preference 😌 The stroopwafels here are made fresh but are purposefully cooled down. I think handing them over fresh after topping, rather than letting them cool, makes a big difference!
