Once a Pride, Always a Pride. 🦁 A great Alumni Day in the Chief Ray Downey Sr. Wrestling Room! Despite the storm, 20 alumni made it back to watch practice — and more than half of them jumped back on the mat to work out with our guys. It was great having former All-Americans, a National Champion, Conference Champions and NCAA Qualifiers back in the room competing, sharing their experience and supporting the next generation of Hofstra Wrestling. Thank you to everyone who made the trip back home. This program is built on the people who came before us, and we’re proud to keep that tradition going. #HofstraWrestling #PrideofLi
