For as long as I can remember, this has been one of my dream cameras. The Leica M3 leica_camera Introduced in 1954, the M3 changed photography forever. It was the first Leica M camera, introducing the legendary M-Mount system that photographers still use more than 70 years later. Its bright combined rangefinder/viewfinder, rapid film advance lever, and precision engineering made it a favorite of photojournalists, street photographers, and artists around the world. More than 220,000 were produced, and many still consider it one of the greatest cameras ever made.
