This week our team honored the memory of Grant Freeze, a young, talented swimmer who tragically lost his life in a car accident last year, by doing his favorite set. In doing so, we hope to support the Freeze family as they work tirelessly to raise awareness for Organ and Tissue Donation. #SwimLikeGrant
