A little San Antonio staycation without actually leaving San Antonio. Estancia del Norte is part of the Hilton Tapestry Colmection and it surprised me in the best way. From the beautiful courtyard and pool to the spacious rooms, this place has so many little details that make it feel like a getaway. And then there was the food at Paseo Bar… 👏🏼 The honey chipotle glazed chicken was the standout for me, but the brisket nachos, wings, fajita trio, cocktails, and that warm bourbon whiskey pecan cake all made a very strong case for coming back.
