Before undertaking new projects, whether it be the construction of a deep-water well, a new school block, or sponsoring a student, we always seek community buy-in and commitment. Our decision to move forward is never a one-way street! It is absolutely critical that we embody our core value of 'Listen To All Voices' to ensure the entire community has the opportunity to unite and offer guidance on an intervention that is likely to impact them for generations to come. The key tool that we use to document this commitment is a Covenant, which helps community members fully understand the roles & responsibilities of both The Sonder Project and themselves.
