Exercise Hellgate brought nearly a dozen National Guard and law enforcement agencies together for training at Camp Orchard. National Guard Civil Support Teams from Utah, South Dakota, Arizona and Idaho joined the FBI, Army National Guard aviation crews and local law enforcement to train for a chemical or biological threat. Teams rehearsed a mock raid on simulated labs, hazard sweeps, decontamination and helicopter insertion, all side by side. "Having the county sheriff's office, also with your local PD, and then having your FBI all here together and understanding each other's capabilities has been awesome," said Lt. Col. Ryan Morrissey, commander of the Arizona National Guard's 91st CST. Huge thanks to every partner who made this happen.
