September 28th is National Good Neighbor Day and we are fortunate enough to have some great neighbors. One of the best things about Old Sacramento is that there are two wonderful museums next door to each other! Make sure when you plan your next visit to the Sacramento History Museum to also visit our neighbors, the California State Railroad Museum! We are both open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm! Additionally, there is another exhibition to see in Old Sacramento and that is the Death by Natural Causes exhibition in the Paperworks building on Front Street. For today, Jared discussed our neighbors and letterpress printed a train robber wanted poster with the initials “C.S.R.M.” for the CA State Railroad Museum. This was printed with black rubber base ink using our Washington hand press.
