Backyard Banana Bread is basically just a typical banana loaf baked on the Weber Kettle instead of in the kitchen. Hence, backyard bread. I typically don't cook indoors and during the summer my little 'ol house can't take any more heat generated by the stove or the oven. That's why I cook and bake outdoors. Baking on a grill isn't typically done when you're thinking of grilling, but if you can manage a fire, it becomes a true test of your skills. Don't overcomplicated it and you should be fine.
