Congratulations to Noah Youcheff, a fourth-year student majoring in Security and Risk Analysis with a minor in Politics and Public Policy and a member of the 2026 Penn State Student Homecoming Court! 🎉 Noah chose Penn State because he wanted to connect with others and give back to the Commonwealth that he credits with his own growth. Whether it was conferences in San Diego, an internship in the nation’s capital, or a leadership trip to Disney World, Noah has appreciated each and every opportunity Penn State has given him. He currently serves as president of the IST Student Council, co-executive director of First-Year Council in the University Park Undergraduate Association, and data analyst for the University Park Fee Board. Help us congratulate Noah on his selection to the 2026 Penn State Student Homecoming Court! 💙🤍 @psuhomecoming @pennstate @istatpennstate @ist.usc @psupublicpolicy #PSULiberalArts #PennState #WeAre #Homecoming
