Three DUI cases apparently weren’t enough to keep one Arizona man off the road. Now he’s facing a fourth in the same year. 59-year-old Gregory Picard had already been charged with DUI three times within the past year before officers say they spotted him speeding through Maricopa and driving halfway between lanes. At one point, police say he pulled up to a gate and tried using the keypad even though the gate was already open. When officers stopped him, they said he was stumbling, swaying, slurring his speech and arguing with them. Picard was arrested on suspicion of aggravated DUI, reckless driving, assault, disorderly conduct and driving on a suspended license. At what point should repeat DUI offenders just be permanently taken off the road? #Arizona #Maricopa #ArizonaNews #DownInnaDesert
