Just this week, cleaning my inbox, I found this very interesting email thread… It was the entire chronology of my first transaction as a Vail real estate broker in 2008 (I have had my Florida license since 2002, a looong time 👀)… and it dawned on me, that I closed that transaction (June 3, 2008), during the worst housing market crash that at least I have experienced on my lifetime.
