Healthy Aging Month may be ending, but the commitment to lifelong health, fitness, and well-being continues every day. ๐Ÿ’™ Across the so.mena region, specialolympicsleb Aging Athletes Program is supporting older Special Olympics athletes to remain active, healthy, and connected to sport. This summer, 18 athletes aged 30 to 53 learned about the importance of maintaining physical and mental well-being throughout life. Dietitians, coaches, and psychologists led interactive sessions on nutrition, fitness, and mental health, providing athletes with the knowledge and support needed to make healthy living an ongoing commitment. ๐Ÿ’ก Looking ahead, Special Olympics Lebanon will continue to host awareness sessions, helping aging athletes remain engaged in sport while promoting lifelong health, fitness, and social connection. ๐Ÿ”— Click the link in #SpecialOlympics bio to learn more! #HealthyAgingMonth #InclusiveHealth #ChooseToInclude
