Congratulations to Ty Gechtman (Rutgers Prep) on his recent commitment to Stevenson University! Gechtman is our 177th commit in the 2027 class and we couldn’t be more excited for him and this MAC Commonwealth opportunity. Ty is a smooth, surgical midfielder who makes offense look effortless. A lethal mid-range finisher, he punishes space and protects the ball like it’s gold. Disciplined in unsettled moments, Ty blends craft with control, using his body off the dodge to create windows. A slick lefty with elite decision-making, he finds open teammates and consistently posts a stellar assist-to-turnover ratio. Coaches love the trust, teammates love the touch, and opponents hate the angles he creates. Congratulations to Ty and the entire Gechtman family. Go Mustangs! #3don2 #3dCommitted
