Long before you knew their names, they were putting in the work. 🥍 The NLL Draft. Team Canada jerseys. The PALA Championships. You see the highlights—but behind those moments are years of extra reps, feedback, mistakes, adjustments and showing up again. We’re proud of the athletes we’ve had the opportunity to work with and the success they’ve earned. Their journeys are a reminder to every young player: development takes time, consistency and purpose. There’s no shortcut. Don’t just chase the highlight. Chase the work that creates it. Your goals might feel a long way away, but the work you put in today matters. Train smarter. Train better. Train with us.
