No long history. No easy road. Just a group of Morehouse students who stepped into the ring, took every challenge head-on, and kept winning. Since its founding in 2021, the Morehouse Boxing Club has grown from a handful of students sparring on campus to the first HBCU to compete in the U.S. Intercollegiate Boxing Association National Tournament, producing two national champions along the way. Golden Gloves. National championships. Every time the odds say otherwise, Morehouse Boxing answers. And tonight, the gloves are back on for Homecoming. The HBCU Fight Night takes place today, Sunday, October 4, at Forbes Arena on Morehouse College’s campus in Atlanta, marking the first professional boxing event hosted at the school in decades.
