A Dutch self-taught artist whose career spans more than three decades, Dechamby is known for her vibrant, light-filled works that combine traditional oil painting with Plexiglas. Her compositions often place her own silhouette within reimagined references to iconic works of art, creating dialogue between art history and her own perspective.
