What an unbelievable year and a lot of things to be thankful for. Thank you to the New York Mets and the Minnesota Twins for all the great memories this year. Having two major surgeries in the past two years makes you look back and appreciate how special this season was. I honestly wasn’t really sure how this season was going to go, let alone the rest of my baseball career. But I do know one thing, I wouldn’t be here still playing today if it wasn’t for my amazing wife @annamacminter . She pushed me and motivated me to keep going, and got me back out on the field doing what I love to do. We found out at the beginning of the year that we were going to be parents. Since then, Anna has moved into our New York baseball house, sold and moved out of our Dallas condo, and bought and moved into our new Dallas house. Then I got traded to Minnesota, and she had to pack up our New York house. She did all of this while being pregnant and it’s truly unbelievable how she juggled this crazy season ...
