👍🏼 PRAISE IT WHEN YOU SEE IT! Coaches are often quick to notice poor behaviour but slower to recognise the behaviour they actually want. A child listens first time? Praise it. They help collect the footballs? Recognise it. They encourage a teammate? Let them know you noticed. Positive reinforcement doesn’t need to be complicated.
